WELLSPRING K12 is a nonprofit education cooperative dedicated to providing immersive Chinese language and cultural education opportunities to students beyond school.
This year, we are thrilled to announce the launch of our inaugural Chinese immersion after school program for students in the Fremont Unified School District. With a passion for providing enriching educational experiences, our program offers a unique opportunity for your children to extend their language and cultural immersion, through engaging activities, dedicated instructors, and a supportive learning environment. We provide personalized Chinese learning and homework support as well as supplemental Math practice in a Chinese immersion environment.
AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM SCHEDULE
Grade 1 to Grade 5
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Schedule:
14:30 – 15:00 Arrival, feelings check-ins, snack time & indoor play
15:00 – 16:30 Chinese immersion homework support
16:30 – 16:50 Indoor play
16:50 – 17:30 Math in Chinese / homework support (continued)
17:30 – 18:00 Free play & parents pick up
Wednesday and Early Dismissal Day Schedule:
13:30 – 14:30 Arrival, feelings check-ins, snack time & indoor play
14:30 – 16:00 Chinese immersion homework support
16:00 – 16:40 Indoor play
16:40 – 17:30 Math in Chinese / homework support (continued)
17:30 – 18:00 Free play & parents pick up
Friday Schedule:

Note: schedule and activity details are subject to changes due to daily planning and student needs.
Holidays and No-Service Days
WELLSPRING K12 will be CLOSED and DOES NOT provide services in the following days:

● November 20, 2023 (Mon): Parent Conference
● November 21, 2023 (Tue): Parent Conference
● November 22 - 24, 2023 (Wed - Fri): Thanksgiving
● December 25, 2023 - January 5, 2024 (Mon - Fri): Winter Break
● January 15, 2024 (Mon): Martin Luther King Jr. Day
● February 19 (Mon): Presidents' Day
● March 29 - April 5 (Fri - Fri): Spring Break
● May 27 (Mon): Memorial Day
FEES
Tuition Fees
Grade 1 - 5 (Mon, Tue, Thurs & Fri: 2:30 - 6:00 PM, Wednesday & Early Dismissal: 1:30 - 6:00 PM)
5 days/week (Mon - Fri): $645 per month
4 days/week (any four days): $565 per month
3 days/week (any three days): $515 per month
2 days/week (any two days): $405 per month
Kindergarten: Call for discussion
Note 1: Fees only include school days (including early dismissal days). Due to on-site facility limitations, WELLSPRING K12 does not provide services during “no school” days (e.g., staff development days, parent-teacher conference days, holidays, and breaks).
Note 2: Referral discount: get a one-time $50 off for every referral.
Other Fees
● Registration fee: all new families will be required to submit a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $75.
● Material fee: $25 per month (this fee is used to cover purchased or printed learning materials, activity/craft materials, classroom cleaning materials, mileage & time cost to curate library books each week, etc.)
● Late pick up: $1/minute after 6:05pm
Important payment policy
● Monthly fees (tuition fees + material fees) are due by the 3rd day of each month. A $50 late fee will be charged for a late payment.
● If you would like to withdraw your student from WELLSPRING K12, please submit a written notice (via email or paper form) 15 school days in advance.
● Fees will not be refunded for absent days (e.g., sick days, family vacations, etc.)
● We reserve the right to combine different grade levels in one classroom.
