A nonprofit cooperative is an organization that is owned and operated by its members, who share a common goal or interest. Unlike for-profit corporations, which exist to maximize shareholder profits, nonprofit cooperatives are structured to serve the needs of their members and the community. In a nonprofit cooperative, any profits generated are reinvested back into the organization to support its mission, rather than distributed to shareholders. By working together in a cooperative structure, members can pool their resources and expertise to achieve shared goals. In the context of WELLSPRING K12, our goal is to providing Chinese immersion education to students beyond school.

非营利合作社是一种由其成员拥有和运营、共同追求共同目标或利益的组织。与旨在最大化股东利润的盈利性公司不同，非营利性合作社的结构旨在服务其成员和社区的需求。在非营利性合作社中，产生的任何利润都会被重新投资回组织中，以支持其使命，而不是分配给股东。通过在合作社结构下共同努力，成员可以集中他们的资源和专业知识来实现共同的目标。在WELLSPRING K12，我们的目标是为学生提供学校以外的中文沉浸式教育。
